      1. There are a lot of interesting projects happening in the bank right now 2. They seem to be hiring at a decent rate as well.

      Cons

      1. Most people haven't have had hikes in over 2 years, so a lot of people have left. In addition to that, several contract-hires we laid off as well. 2. Management might be going in the wrong direction with retain talent and paying people fairly.
