Pros
It really depends on the team and luck if you have a supportive manager. There are a lot of opportunities to reskill and skill up through trainings. The benefits are above average. There are a lot of good managers here.
Cons
Increment can be little / salary can be stagnant although you work super hard. Management keeping silent and refuse to answer questions related to their contradictory decisions. Internal transfer / promotion can be difficult because the process might not be transparent and contradicting. Double band promotion is difficult as well.
