Worst place to work - Technical Manager Standard Chartered Bank Employee Review

Horrible work culture, expected to work 24/7. Some managers are such difficult to deal that even having dinner is considered an excuse. You are expected to be ready to work on weekends and and even at 4:30am in the morning if your manager wants you to. Micromanagement is done till the level where even the colleagues are asked not to go together for lunch. Coming to work, even that is pathetic. Contractors come and go and no proper technical documentation is maintained. No scope for learning and growing. My worst working experience till date, had been with Standard Chartered GBS.
