      Full engagement and focus on the business to do good for clients. Strong work ethic and a true desire to support innovation with speed and agility - as much as is possible within a bank

      Cons

      Certain old world factions still exist in the bank, and if you are doing well, you might find they conspire against you. A very complex organization which requires much networking for success
