      Powerful bank with deep and wide network of businesses in the UAE Brand name Strong balance sheet

      Cons

      Highly politicized environment with Indian background mafia shifting alliances with local Emiratis Lots of favoritism with Emiratis due to Emiratization but it had been abused with some Emirati women especially women being given a free reign to show up 2-3 hours late and rules not applying to them
