      Pros

      Family atmosphere but moving to offshore outsourcing. Been here from 2014 and was recently made redundant in the fall of 2021.

      Cons

      Bank got rid of all employees who have been here greater than 5 years. Replacing with employees offshore and recent college graduates to cut costs.

      None significant, however as for every big organization changes can be slow to implement.
