      In 30 years SCB was the most culturally diverse company I had worked for. Opportunity to travel and work throughout the network

      Cons

      Obsessed with cost reduction and offshoring - frequently with terrible results as service quality falls dramatically and cost savings do not materialise. Not the best payer
