Pros

25 Days Annual leave. The leave benefits are wow. Senior managements goes on holiday every month. The 20 weeks long maternity leave is unheard of in Singapore as well. But don't be fooled by these. If you are well into your late 30's or 40's with family commitments and looking for work-life balance, this place will be perfect for you.

Cons

Redundant middle-senior executives. Very obsolete IT system (you wouldn't believe it). I know of a guy who didn't receive his work laptop for close to a month and he quitted because there's nothing he could do at work. For design and IT professionals, if you are driven and young and ambitious, don't come here. You won't learn much. Management don't appreciate development teams. They have been around for ages and does not contribute much to innovation. Innovation and user experience becomes lip service, buzzwords. Hire the right talents from other fields and not legacies from other banks.
