Pros
Well organized, well structured international big company. Able to learn what a well organized company doing especially the procedure and policy. Good business prospective in long run. Good place to learn good operational practice.
Cons
Too big and over engineered the process. Because of the well distributed international working condition and extensive outsourcing, process becomes extremely important. However, it slows down the good working team's performance and becomes inflexible. Additionally, this big structure created a lot of manager grade staff who are lack of productive value adding into the work. Ends up with 10 manager process monitor 1 working staff.
