Your growth, confidence, and ability to do your job properly can easily get hindered by it. This is not really the culture for anyone who wants to grow as a worker or as a person. But if none of that bothers you, then by all means. If you have self-respect, think twice, or more. You can tell straight away which “group” I’m referring to, which is honestly sad.
