      Leave policy , company transport, medical benefits.

      Cons

      Pay and hikes is not as per market standards. Lot of partiality in team by manager. Communication among peers sometimes is bit aggressive. IJP is a myth as JR is opened for an identified person and hence other team member who apply for IJP never get chance to change team.
