Mediocre organization - Software Developer Standard Chartered Bank Employee Review

Lots of cons. 1. My team lead is way too bad, his attitude is very bad and keeps on mocking my knowledge. Sets unexpected deadlines and always wants everybody to be online. 2. People are not knowledgeable at all. 3. I hate how the things work here, if you are stuck anywhere the only people you can take help with is you team and that's it. Keep on struggling forever. 3. Toxic work culture and parents are not included in the insurance policy.
