      Only thing i can think of is early finish on Friday

      Cons

      Poor management, unfair work load, no blame culture means they will be quick to point the finger, minimal support to learn new tasks

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
