      Great colleagues around, technician level all willing to work together

      Cons

      Alot of management coming from GE, which is well known for management failure. Alot came from JOHOR with little knowledge of landing gear.

      Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

      Cons

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
