      Free coffee and water. It is very hard to find something positive.

      Cons

      Bad management. Total absence of standard procedure. Rules are based on manager interpretation. Cost saving strategy is killing the company and the motivation of the employees.

      Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
