      Pros

      The health insurance was pretty good. Chances for advancement were good also. They have a variety of shifts to work, 5am-2pm, 6am-3pm,and 7am-4pm.

      Cons

      Once we become a large corporation rather then being a small company, everything went down the drain. The new company made a lot of changes and I am not going to say they were all bad, but in the same since they were not all good.

      Pros

      Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

      Cons

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
