      Great office, flexible working, some amazing people, fairly informal work culture

      Cons

      They tolerate bullying, which unfortunately can override all the positives. Interesting to see that bullying comes up in a lot of these reviews, too.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
