Great culture and supportive colleagues, but benefits need improvement
Pros
I have had a very positive experience with the company culture here. The work environment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly stands out, though, is the people—my colleagues are friendly, collaborative, and always willing to lend a hand. On top of that, the company genuinely respects work-life balance, allowing you to do your job efficiently without constant burnout.
Cons
On the downside, employee benefits have seen cuts recently, and the transport allowance has remained stagnant despite rising costs. Additionally, there is a disconnect between upper management and staff; management occasionally makes top-down decisions without listening to feedback from subordinates, which has unfortunately led to the wrong strategic choices.
