Pros

RRG sait prendre soin de ses collaborateurs et reconnait les réussites. De part sa taille, de vrais perspectives d'évolution sont possible pour les collaborateurs qui le souhaitent et qui en ont les capacités.

Cons

Si la taille est un atout pour l'évolution interne, elle peut parfois paraitre un peu lourde dans les process mis en place. Mais ces process sont là pour assurer la bonne marche de l'entreprise et la satisfaction de nos clients.

Pros

Strong team camaraderie and supportive colleagues. Many individuals are dedicated and willing to help. I had many opportunities for training and skill development in my discipline and I noticed there even more so for operationally important roles, like e.g., EV accreditation for technicians, Sales training and Customer Service training and accreditation. The company invests in employee learning. Good employee discounts on vehicles and other retail offerings. Management have in the past had benefits like private healthcare, and currently there have been upgrades in the quality of pension. I have not used maternity/paternity but working in HR I know colleagues have found these beneficial. I experienced great resource support throughout my time (systems, additional personnel when headcount allowed, travel expenses for away days at other sites, special events, expos, training, meetings, etc.) Brand Recognition: "Working for a well-known brand like Renault provides stability and a certain level of prestige in the automotive industry." Work Variety/Challenge: "The work can be varied and challenging, providing opportunities to learn new things and solve problems." Career Progression: "There are paths for career progression if you demonstrate initiative and good performance." Compensation (if applicable): "Competitive basic salary for the industry, with potential for commissions/bonuses."

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging in my line of work, which involved dealing with external parties (particularly candidates) outside of working hours. This was not classified as overtime, but it was necessary to achieve objectives and targets, so it was difficult to not have worktime intrude on private time with friends and family, but that was entirely my choice.
