Pros
If you’re a good salesman who knows how to sell cars with products with each deal, you’ll make some decent money. Everyone’s bubbly and always banter between the team. Most the processes are simple once you get your head around all the IT systems you need to use daily to do a deal.
Cons
No profit aspect on used cars just a fixed unit fee which can be frustrating when you know some of your vehicles are making £2000+ profit. Someone new to the group might be shocked with all the systems you need to use to sell one car lol
