      they pay is decent you get lots of time with your coworkers

      Cons

      always staying later then told understaffed and they wont hire more people shows lots of favoritism unless you become friends with the boss you won't ever move up

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
