      Get good pay for really back breaking hard work If u can lift by hand about 18000 lbs a day, biside driving and take some attitude rude reaction from costumers is the job for yoy

      Cons

      Change of schedule on a fly! Promises broken, a lot of nepotism, not enough retention program of good drivers program in place

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
