Pros
Tons of support in sales. Great co-workers who are willing to help out.
Cons
Management, overall, is pretty poor. Managers like to sit in their offices and just bark out demands and orders. Very little interaction with management unless you are getting chewed out. Managers also show favoritism with some employees. Those not their favorites are overlooked and ignored to fend for themselves.
