      pay, and time off. everything else is crazy

      Cons

      everything else. The company has zero culture, the employees work hard but however it is just not enough. I dread going to work since there is no enthusiasm.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
