      Pros

      Good experience to learn food distribution industry.

      Cons

      Not a lot of upward mobility. They are stuck in their ways and are not open to streamlining their operations because they are afraid of change. I was doing the job of two people and under appreciated. I also had a problem with other employees and HR refused to take any action to deal with the issue.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
