Business Outlook
Pros
The building and office space is nice and does have a lot of parking. The culture values work, health, family balance. Salaries are good and there are some nice people that are welcoming.
Cons
The company requires each individually to initially take “Landmark” and pay out of pocket. They don’t come out and say it’s required, but during the interview process, management will ask questions regarding it. The seminar ended up feeling cultish and was expensive since I did not feel like I gained anything from it.
