      Great vision by the owner.

      Cons

      Area managers who are not on the floor/operations forget how busy the restaurant managers are, they gave extra burden/unnessary dozen of texts/changes every day that disturb the operation and put extra stress on the manager. They don't help with the operations at all.

      Today was my onboarding day and was super exciting! The manager was very detailed, professional and nice. I met a few team members and they welcomed me to the team. Very friendly environment.
