Pay is decent, but long hours and high turnover hurt - Crew Member/Grill Cook Panda Restaurant Group Employee Review

Everything else isn’t worth it the hours are long and the turnover rates are atrocious because they keep changing the system setups and not giving employees enough time to adapt to new changes , managers are only worried about pleasing their boss and not worried about the customer guest experience, there’s very clearly a favorable perception within Asian workers at this company espcially if you want to move higher up good luck
