- Extremely toxic corporate culture when you move above red shirt. A revolving door of ACOs that force changes that dont work for the stores and throw people at problems rather than taking the time to fix them. From what I can tell those in corporate only care about padding their bonuses with no regard for how a store realistically functions to the point of causing entire teams to quit. - Changes to the promotion structure has made it difficult to almost impossible to promote. Removing the multi level PIC structure and expecting you to have almost manger level knowledge before promotion is considered.
