Overworked and Under Appreciated - Shift Leader Panda Restaurant Group Employee Review

Working here has been a frustrating experience due to constant micromanagement and a lack of trust from leadership. Employees are often overworked without proper recognition or appreciation for their efforts. PTO policies are restrictive and make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, the overall environment can feel unprofessional at times, which only adds to the stress. Unfortunately, this is not a place where employees feel valued or supported.
