The hourly wages are typically $2-4 higher than typical fast food franchises. It varies by manager and location, but as long as you show dedication and strong work ethic, getting promoted to shift leader or even management is very doable, if that is what you want.
Cons
Generally speaking, jobs can be very demanding—both physically and mentally. If you are used to that, go for it. If not, I'd look for more easygoing jobs that pay a couple dollars less.
