Panda genuinely cares about people development. The culture inspires personal and professional growth through classes outside of work. Also upholds very strict and high standards because they care about delivering the best possible dining experience to guests

People can be difficult, unaccountable, or unreasonable. Customers can be rude and unreasonable. Developing solid relationships with associates and customers and inspiring teammwork to elevate operations can be very difficult but rewarding. Things can go wrong at any second, need to be quick to adapt and deal with whatever situation that arises as it is
