      Good opportunities for growth. Good management.

      Cons

      Irregular hours for salary. Have to come in on weekends fairly regularly. Work life balance not as good as the company claims.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
