The culture is fun and collaborative. They encourage diversity of thoughts, personalities, and cultures. It's a place that is reputable and seeks to do good.
Cons
Large company so inevitably bureaucratic. Some change is quick. Most is slow at an enterprise level. Because it is "too big to fail" government seems to try and have an intervention in business and compliance issues
