Benefits and salary are great. My job is very flexible and I can make my own schedule Managers are fairly hands off and trust you to do your job once proven
Cons
There is a lot of work to get done. You often need to work extra hours. You have to learn a ton for these roles. We tell people it will be several years before you feel comfortable in your knowledge
