      Good work life balance, some supporting people/managers and ethical standards are well maintained.

      Cons

      Salary/salary hike not up to the mark even though one is a star performer, some biasness for the similar interests/demographic/habits sharing people, managers can be really a**holes at times, corporate drama/poltics.
