      Attracts great individual talent through reputation and competitive compensation.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, politics, not performance, reigns supreme at the end of the day. Despite numerous attempts by past CEOs, bureaucracy and personal positioning dominate the corporate culture.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
