      Meet quotas and the money was good and office expenses were paid for.

      Cons

      Signed a 4 year contract upon hiring. MET changed my contract 2 different times over the 4 years heavily to their advantage causing me to bleed out thousands and thousands of dollars.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
