Pros

The benefits and pay were extremely competetive and the company spared no expense when it came to rewards dinners and sales contests. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that enjoys sales, but does not enjoy prospecting. Quote and close-the basic responsibilities.

Cons

As the department grows and continues to be successful, the fear of mergin with less successful departments dictates decisions. As a result, goals increase, pay goes down, and more regulation of activity comes into play. The corporate structure itself requires team members to follow the leader and to not do so, places a target on your back.

Pros

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Cons

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
