      Great Cary facilities. Pockets of good leadership

      Cons

      I was an employee for 4 years. Silo culture, favoritisms, Inflexible management regarding remote work, work life balance and openness to new ideas, constant reorgs, ongoing unannounced staff reductions. HR inaccessible HR team. No action on employee surveys.
