      Employees were very personable...surroundings comfortable...

      Cons

      Sale of products to people who were uneducated or unable to maintain payments. Prospect search and description of offering to prospective customer was totally deceptive...in my opinion.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
