      MetLife gives lot of scope to grow and learn and lot of opportunity to travel. It makes a good professional out of you.

      Cons

      All the Pros with MetLife are available only if you have the willingness to do so. ther is no microscopic management. no one sits on your head to get things done...but people tend to misuse this freedom
