      Pros

      Work life balance, fun people to work with (Group benefits Sales). Benefits are great. Really enjoyed working with the Group Benefits Sales team.

      Cons

      Depends on your sales manager how much you are able to get done. My first manager fought for his team and our sales reflected this. Second sales manager was not as helpful.

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
