      There is a potential to make good money the benefits are quiet good and the other agents are always willing to help out.

      Cons

      Revolving door of agents they will hire anyone. The sales goals never cease to grow higher and higher. Working a ton of hours no money all commission terrible pay

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
