Pros

Most of the people are nice and benefits are good. They have free lunches occasionally.

Cons

They operate under "churn and burn" philosophy where employees that complete the most work are regarded as the best employees regardless of quality and judgement. Management has created a competitive workplace where backstabbing is common and people that complain about coworkers to management are promoted. Upper management needs to focus less on cost cutting and treating employees as numbers and more on doing what is best for the customer. The only way Met can be successful going forward is to fire executive leadership and focus more on the customer and their employees and less on the stock price.

Pros

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Cons

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
