      There is an unlimited income potential, if you know what you are doing, and you have a great support team.

      Cons

      That said, if you are paired with a selfish team, or a poor managing partner, you are pretty much SOL and should continue the job search

      Remote work and flex time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
