      Pros

      Great people to work with. Pretty good with current tech. Nice building and perks. Great benefits, with really good medical/dental.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy. Too much redtape and procedures to get anything done. Upper business dictates IT management and deadlines, which is unrealistic.
