The moment you walk into JCDecaux you know you are part of something special. Everyone at JCD has bought into the company and everyone wants everyone to succeed. The team atmosphere is amazing and you learn so much along the way from your teammates to help you grow professionally and personally. The sales teams are given more than enough tools and market resources to succeed thanks to our incredible marketing/operations departments. Management's door is ALWAYS open and they truly care about their employees, so if there is an issue, they are more than open to help. Often management will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. If you are hungry and determined to be the absolute best, you will be successful here. It's a fantastic place to work in sales if you are ready to work hard, learn, and grow. They are the largest out-of-home company in the world and you immediately feel that and love being a part of it.
Cons
I wish there were more hours in the day because of how busy we are but the days fly by. Almost everyday you hear someone say, "how is it 4 o'clock already!"
