Pros
SMB sales leadership in 2026 is particularly strong and there is a culture of wanting to retain and develop rep over Pip trigger happy toxicity. I know this wasn’t the case prior to 2025, but I have been very pleased with the changes and happy that I haven’t had to performance manage anyone in the last hear. Everyone recently got a 6-10% raise.
Cons
Month to month quotas can be challenging from a pacing perspective Remote culture is hard to develop but the flexibility is unheard of It’s definitely a grind but the people are wonderful
