Learning, work. For a fresher, this is a good company.. But after 1, 2 years, no need to stay back n suffer!
Cons
Hectic work, the way you r treated at the workplace.. u ll be treated worser than coolis. No personal life, no diff b/w week days and weekends.. Expected workin hours ll be 12 minimum.. No ethics.. Cheating is normal in all ways.. from all the depts.. While leaving company, u ll see completely diff face... This u see in more than 95% teams.. some exceptions might be there(which I doubt)..
